Our products are individually handcrafted by skilled artisans from rural areas who continue the tradition of their ancestors. Each item is unique, reflecting the craftsmanship and cultural heritage of Vietnam. As our products are handmade, slight variations in shape, color, and finish are natural and expected. These variations, such as minor roughness, shape irregularities, or imperfections, are not defects but rather characteristics of handmade goods.

We encourage you to thoroughly check product details before making a purchase.

Return Policy

Returns are only accepted if the product is damaged upon receipt.

If you receive a damaged product, please contact us at baoyen16990@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order. In your email, please include the following:

  • A photo of the damaged product.
  • Your order number in the subject line.
  • Specify whether you would prefer a refund or an exchange.
  • Mention the reason for the return (e.g., cracks, breaks, etc.).

We will respond within 3-4 business days upon receiving your complaint. Our quality team will review the issue and determine whether the return request is valid. The final decision regarding the validity of the return request lies with our quality team.

Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 10-12 business days after we receive the returned product and complete the quality check.

Once the return is authorized, we will arrange a pickup for the product. You will receive a full refund for the damaged product, or you may opt to exchange it for a new one.

Returns for Undamaged Products

Typically, we do not accept returns for undamaged products. However, in rare cases, if you wish to return an undamaged item, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at baoyen16990@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order to request a return.
  2. Once your return request is approved, package the product in its original condition and send it back to the address provided.
  3. If you prefer to ship the product yourself, please ensure that it is sent within 7 days after receiving approval for the return. Products shipped after this period will not be eligible for a refund.
  4. If you wish for LD Friendly Strangers Co. Ltd to arrange the pickup, we will schedule the reverse pickup within 5-7 business days from your request.

Please note: Shipping costs for returns are non-refundable. LD Friendly Strangers Co. Ltd subsidizes part of the shipping cost when sending products to customers, so the return shipping fee may not match the original shipping cost you paid.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

  • Be unused, undamaged, and in resalable condition.
  • Be returned in its original packaging.
  • Be securely packed to prevent damage or loss during transit.

Please ensure all returned items are packed securely and carefully to avoid damage during shipping.

All return requests will be evaluated according to our policies and at the discretion of the LD Friendly Strangers Co. Ltd team.

Reverse Pickup Policy

We offer a simple and hassle-free Reverse Pickup Policy to make the return process as easy as possible for you. This policy is designed to save you time and provide peace of mind during the returns and refund process.

Once your return request is approved, we will arrange the pickup of the product from your location. Our goal is to provide an efficient and smooth experience, ensuring that your return is processed promptly and with minimal effort on your part.
